Dr. Molly Weingart is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Calala Movement and Wellness. She specializes in intentional movement and hands-on care to support restoration of physical function, confidence, and well-being. With advanced training in pelvic health and lymphatic therapy, Molly uses an interdisciplinary and systematic approach to help clients understand their bodies, overcome challenges, and achieve their individual goals.
Molly believes that everyone has the capacity to move, heal, and thrive with the right support. She is committed to creating a clinic environment that is inclusive, welcoming, and accessible to individuals of all genders, ages, and lived experiences. Through thoughtful, individualized care, her goal is to positively impact her community by helping each client feel empowered in their health journey.
Education
Dr. Molly brings a dynamic and interdisciplinary background to her work as a physical therapist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Urban Studies and Visual Arts from Columbia University and spent nearly a decade working in community engagement across the arts and technology sectors, before her interest in people, movement, and meaningful connection led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, bringing the same curiosity, creativity, and community-centered perspective to her clinical practice.
Beyond the clinic
Outside of the clinic, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, caring for her plants, staying active, and surfing. She is an avid traveler and reader who is always seeking new experiences and opportunities to expand her understanding of the world.
